Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

Returns & Replacements
When returning items you are strongly recommended proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
If goods have not been delivered within 30 days of order then the Purchaser shall be entitled to cancel the Contract and to request a full refund of the entire purchase price provided the goods if then delivered are returned to Aquacare unused and in their original packaging.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We make every effort to maintain prices throughout the year, although it may be necessary to change prices either up or down. The prices in our online shop are current and include VAT at the current rate.
A Contract between the customer and Aquacare for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched (at which point the buyer's credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
